This 20-minute Salmon Recipe Is My New Favorite

Ingredients:

– 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 tablespoons lemon juice – 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard – 2 garlic cloves, minced – 1 teaspoon paprika – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh parsley (for garnish) – Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for easier cleanup. Lightly grease it with olive oil or spray.

In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. This will be your quick and flavorful marinade.

Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the marinade generously over each fillet to coat them well.

Let the salmon sit with the marinade for about 5 minutes while the oven finishes heating. This helps soak in the flavor just a bit more.

Bake the salmon in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and is just cooked through in the thickest part.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 1–2 minutes. This keeps the salmon juicy and gives the flavors time to settle before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with veggies, rice, or salad for a fast, healthy dinner that’s packed with flavor!
