Easy Chipotle Sliders

Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) – 1 chipotle pepper in adobo, minced – 1 tablespoon adobo sauce – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper – 6–8 slider buns – Optional toppings: sliced cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo

In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently—don’t overwork the meat.

Divide the mixture into 6–8 equal portions and shape into small patties slightly larger than your slider buns.

Cook in a skillet or on a grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.

Lightly toast slider buns for 1–2 minutes until golden. This helps prevent sogginess and adds great texture.

Top patties with cheese, lettuce, tomato, or your favorite toppings. Chipotle mayo or aioli adds extra flavor.

Place patties on buns, add toppings, and secure with toothpicks if needed. Serve hot with chips, fries, or slaw.
