Easy Brownie Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 cups rolled oats – ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 tsp baking powder – ¼ tsp salt – 2 ripe bananas (or ½ cup applesauce) – ¼ cup maple syrup or honey – 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) – 1 egg – 1 tsp vanilla extract – ¼ cup chocolate chips

In a large bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir well to evenly distribute the cocoa throughout the mixture.

Mash bananas in a separate bowl. Add egg, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth, then pour into the dry mixture and combine.

Gently fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly across the surface.

Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool slightly before slicing into squares for easy serving.
